Lamb Loin Chops

The Lamb Loin Chops are a tender and juicy cut. They are the equivalent to a beef T-bone, made up of the lamb backstrap and tenderloin. It is a very versatile  piece and can be cooked on the BBQ, in a frying pan or in the oven.
